| With the continuous development of the "Internet +", the economic trading models have integrate with Internet gradually, the electronic commerce as a new economic trading pattern is gradually accepted by consumers. In the early stage of the development of electronic commerce, it is mainly affected by the way of online payment, payment security and logistics distribution services. With the security development of network technology, the network payment method and its security are increasingly improved, and the trust of the online financial flow is also growing. Logistics as a bridge between the electronic commerce and the consumer, which is the important indexes that consumers evaluate e-commerce enterprises service quality. Logistics, as the "third profit source", is an important means to improve the economic benefits of electronic commerce. Therefore, in the fierce market competition, a reasonable, smooth and efficient logistics model has a crucial role in the development of E-commerce.At this stage, the mainly study of logistics are about the selection of logistics warehouse, node optimization and route planning. The decision theory for electronic commerce logistics distribution mode selection is relatively less. And because of the differences of economic strength, strategic objectives, business environment and consumer groups, different e-commerce enterprises, logistics mode decision also needs specific analysis. So the study of electric business enterprise logistics distribution mode is necessary. And factors of logistics show a contradiction in the benefit relationship. Therefore, in the study of e-commerce logistics distribution model, it is needed to consider the relationship between the elements. Based on this, this paper will use the ANP analysis method. According to the Delphi method, we could use 9-points method to show the importance of those indexes. The first level has 5 indexes: economy, stability, service quality, coordination, green. And the second level has 13 indexes: the cost of warehouse, the cost of delivery and management, the stability of participant and service, the time, accuracy and scope of delivery, the technical level of logistics, the communication skill, the integration of logistics, the cost rate of energy and the recovery rate of waste. The higher score, the more important the index is. The weight of every element is based on the considering the interaction between all levels of the elements. And according to the principle of TOPSIS, it can calculate the result of each alternative logistics model for optimal target value. The optimal model is the one, which is closest to the positive ideal solution and farthest to the negative solution.This paper base on a E-commerce enterprise of B2 C mode, which called W. According to the logistics mode and related data of W enterprise, the ANP network analytic hierarchy process and Super decisions could get the weight of those 13 indexes. Based on those weighted value, TOPSIS and MATLAB can help us get the distance with optimal goal of those alternative logistics mode. The result shows the optimal logistics mode is same to the real logistics mode of W enterprise. For a while, this logistics mode has raised the efficient and benefits of the E-commerce enterprise. The choice of E-commerce enterprise based on ANP and TOPSIS is scientific and correct.According to the ANP network analytic hierarchy process and the TOPSIS ideal target sequential selection method to get the evaluation results of the business enterprise logistics distribution mode, can effectively improve the analytical hierarchy process in the calculation. Analytic network process can considering the interaction between the elements of logistics, which would select suitable logistical mode and improve the economic benefits for e-commerce business enterprise. The logistics, which called “third-party profit source” would really show its function. And the same time, this study can provide scientific basis for the selection of logistics mode e-commerce business. |
