TPM Study And Application In Linde Forklift Truck Corp

With the increasing of customer personalized demand and growing labor cost,enterprise needs to introduce more advanced management methods and systems.Lean Production can bring effective,speed and punctuality result for company.Meanwhile correcting the defeats in process will improve quality of products.TPM start with facility,which improves continuously and raises staffs' positivity,will boost utilization rate of facilities.Not only it changes working environment,but also extends facility life circle.Thus TPM plays an important role in reducing enterprise production cost and increasing marketing competition.This dissertation is based on relative theories and methods of TPM and taking Linde China forklift as the research object.There we analysis and summary the program and implement process in TPM activity.This dissertation sets "TPM 8 pillars" as basic theory and starts to practice on improving prototype facility.Combine theory and practice,we try to analyze problems and solve them during implementation.To verify the flexibility by practicing the prototype facility.To improve efficiency of equipment by continuous PDCA recycle.The successful experience has been extended to other important equipment and achieved some effects.This dissertation summarized the steps and experience of TPM promotion,set example for future programs and make foundation for TPM development for a company.
