Study On The Transformation Efficiency Of Agricultural Science And Technology Achievements In China

With the rapid development of urbanization, China is facing problems of arable land resources, water crisis, gradually rising labor costs, technological waste and so on. To solve these problems, we should not only increase investment on agricultural scientific and technological achievements, but also pay attention to the effect of agricultural scientific and technological achievements. Transformation efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological achievements is an important way to evaluate the effect of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, so the study on transformation efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological achievements is necessary. Improving transformation efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological achievements can promote the transformation effect of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, promoting economic growth. Improving the transformation efficiency can improve farmers’ capability, increase their income, and promote the development of rural areas.First this article defined the concepts of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, focused on the characteristics of transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, and then proposed and defined the concept of transformation efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological achievements. This article constructed comprehensive evaluation system for agricultural science and technology achievements transformation based on our country’s actual situation, and then basing on the comprehensive evaluation system, used the DEA to evaluate the transformation efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, making research on the inputs and outputs of transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements, which shows that we can do much to improve the transformation efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological achievements. In order to improve the transformation efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, this article analyzed the constraints of transformation efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, and then put forward some measures we should take.
