With the arrival of knowledge-based economy, high-quality human resources as the carrier of knowledge and skills have catapulted into the first resource, and have been the key factor to remain competitive for the enterprises. Meanwhile, training as the most important measure to maintain and increase its appreciation, gets more and more attention from domestic and international scholars and enterprises.Under the background of knowledge-based economy, high-tech enterprises which represent advanced productivity of our country, play an important role on the scientific development and technological progress. Therefore, analyzing and improving the training system of high-tech enterprises has more realistic significance.The research chose the well-known high-tech enterprise-SN.com as an example, based on the basic theory of training and the existing research model, combined with the characteristics of high-tech enterprises, we defined training effect factors as individual factor, enterprise promoting factor, and training process factor by the empirical research. Then we extracted main factor of each factor scale by factor analysis to simplify data extraction, and to provide research direction for further analysis of present situation. And then, we analyzed the high-tech enterprise training system implementation status, found out the existing problems, and eventually got optimization training system suggestion:Then, analyzed the high-tech enterprise training system, analyzes the actuality of the existing problems, and eventually got optimization training system suggestion:optimize training cultural support system, optimize the training implementation system, optimize the training achievements transformation system and optimize the training security system.
