As an important part of our national economy,small and medium-sized enterprise plays an irreplaceable role in market economy.But because of their weak finance,rigid bank reference and government policy,financing problems are always perplexing them.The emergence of supply chain financing mode solves these problems to some extent.With the development of Internet technology,e-commerce industry expands rapidly,which opens a new field of online transactions.With the development of the Internet financial and e-commerce enterprises,part of the e-commerce business platform expands the business to the financial sector gradually,and the e-commerce supply chain finance arises as the new supply chain financing mode.Based on high and new technology,such as large data technology,it combines the electronic commerce and supply chain financing business organically,which promotes the evolution of supply chain financing model and solves financing difficulty of the small and medium-sized enterprise.Based on this background,this paper choses Jingdong as the research object,of which the e-commerce supply chain finance business is the most mature at present.This paper discusses the current situation of the Jingdong supply chain finance business and the possibility of optimizing.This paper upholds the concept of more integration for more efficiency and win-win results to design optimization scheme on Jingdong supply chain finance business.This paper creatively merges supply chain financing,payment and corporate finance,to build a service platform which efficiently solves the financing problem of the small and medium-sized enterprise.Then this paper analyzes and evaluates the effort of the prioritization scheme on improving efficiency,reducing risk and so on.Comprehensiveness and all-round has been the direction of the financial services industry's promotion.In this paper,the optimization scheme gives significative advices on the Jingdong supply chain finance and some thoughts of the evolution ofthe model of supply chain finance from 3.0 to 4.0 or even higher level.
