Research On Supply Chain Financial Model Based On E-Commerce Platform

Under the background of the competitive pressure of the economic slowdown industry,the problem of financing difficulties for SMEs has become more and more prominent,and the financing cost has increased year by year.It has become a big problem for enterprises to obtain loans from banks.In such a new era,the key node is supply chain finance.It came into being and became an effective way to solve this problem.Therefore,it has received more and more attention from everyone and has become the focus of everyone's discussion.However,the definitions of supply chain finance by different scholars are not the same,and the angles of choice are naturally differently defined.For the operation mode of supply chain finance,different classifications will be obtained from different perspectives.This paper begins with the background and significance of supply chain finance development,introduces the significance of researching supply chain finance and the structural framework of this paper.In the first chapter,the concept of supply chain is taken as the starting point,along the supply chain financial model.The path continues to study,summarize and comb the relevant literature,and analyze the most common three supply chain financial financing models in combination with operational procedures and risk control points.The second chapter selects the classic supply chain financial case Jingdong Group to study the business background of Jingdong Group's supply chain finance,and analyzes its financing model of supply chain finance according to its development history,and carries out several early financing modes of Jingdong Group.Horizontal comparison.The third chapter analyzes the existing innovative products on the Jingdong supply chain financial platform,and selects the two most representative products,“Jingbaobei” and “Jingxiao Loan”,to study their audiences,specific processes and risk mechanisms.Wait.The fourth chapter compares the supply chain financial model of Jingdong with Treasure Island and Alibaba in several aspects by using comparative analysis.The conclusion is that Jingdong model has advantages in credit subject,logistics information,financing cost and policy support.The limitation is that the customer base is weak and the payment system is lagging behind.The fifth chapter puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for the problems arising from thedevelopment of the e-commerce platform in the development of supply chain finance according to the case analysis and comparative study.From the perspective of the government,the existing legal system is improved and the main body of supervision is clearly defined.Strengthen the credit information system and provide assistance to e-commerce enterprises that vigorously develop supply chain finance;from the perspective of e-commerce itself,it is necessary to improve the level of supply chain financial technology and pay attention to the integration of e-commerce-bank-supplier resources.Focus on the cultivation of professional talents in the direction of supply chain finance,and contribute to the healthy and rapid development of the entire economic market.
