The Research On The Operation Model Of Jingdong's Supply Chain Finance

With the rapid development of Internet technology,the rapid expansion of electrical business deals and the prosperity development of the production of supply chain mode, supply chain finance based on e-commerce platfor memerges as the times require. This new mode of supply chain finance further enhance the financing capacity of small and medium-sized enterprise,reduce the risk of bank lending, improve the stability of the whole supply chain operation and smoothness. At present,from the multiple angles of flows of logistics and information flow together coordinated from cash flow,as well as work coordination among enterprisesthe, academic and industry groups have explored the possibility and implementation mode of combination of e-commerce and supply chain financing deeply and widely.This thesis reviews and summarizes the related literature in recent years from the background and significance of supply chain finance based on electronic commerce platform. And on this basis it illustrates the related concept of supply chain finance of e-commerce platform:from the angle of supply chain finance development,it defines the connotation of the electricity supply chain finance,and introduces the main body of participation in the process of its operation; Through the comparative analysis with traditional supply chain finance,it summarizes the characteristics,conditions and advantages for a electric business platform to carry out the supply chain financial.This thesis deeply analyzes the development of supply chain finance of Jingdong:it introduces jingdong supply chain financing model in detail with the clue of development stagel,including order refinancing,warehouse receipts,accounts receivable financing,entrust loan mode in "Bank Business Cooperation"phase and self-management stage of the three major business products-"Jing Bao Bei", "Jing Small Loans" and movable asset finance" Yun Cang Jing Rong" mode. It analyses the characteristics of the risk management system of jingdong financial model of supply chain from customer information rating system,internal credit rating system, and loan management system.Then it compare jingdong,Treasure Iisland and Alibaba's financial model of supply chain in every respect,such as the strategic choice,main participation,credit and financing services,concluded that jingdong model's Have an advantage in credit subject,logistics information.the cost of financing and policy support,have limitations of weak customer base and lagged payment system construction.According to the case analysis and comparative study,policy suggestions are made from the aspects of both government and electric business platform.The government should standardize the government law environment,perfect the credit system,intensify policy support of electricity supply chain financial; Electric business platform itself should strengthen the resource integration with the bank and logistics, enhance the level of platform technology,and attaches great importance to the cultivation of professional talents.
