In the world,the brand effect is beginning to be the core enterprise idea that every enterprise is fully shaped..Brand trend to improve.The brand idea has brought the huge impact to the traditional market activity.Each Real Estate Company also gradually began to establish and set up their own brands,around their own brand to achieve the company's growth and performance maximization.In recent years,with the rapid development of real estate industry,the real estate brand rapid rise.So that real estate companies to their own brand management,brand development trends,brand marketing strategy put forward a serious test.Real estate enterprises in the real estate industry has a greater achievement and breakthrough,the brand has a great impact on the real estate business.At present,the real estate brand is an important symbol of the real estate enterprise success,a successful real estate brand can improve the real estate enterprise product profit margin,and shorten the product sales cycle to improve market share.The on current well-known real estate companies,Vanke Real estate company and Vanke Real estate brand strategy,brand management and make analysis and compared with the examples of Vanke Real Estate and other non brand project,for two kinds of brand carding and not influence to the real estate project expansion and meticulous research,combining research,we come to the conclusion,to understand the importance of brand now,to establish a brand quality to win the consumer market.
