With the deepening of economic globalization,China's real estate industry has entered a high degree of freedom and comprehensive development stage,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.All real estate companies are no longer to the quality of products as the only metrics of competitive market demand,continuous improvement of standards to promote real estate enterprises have to pay attention to the importance of corporate brand building,from the past simply sell goods into the corporate brand as the core brand marketing.At present,has been the rise of China's real estate market competition in the large real estate companies,have already pay attention to the brand construction and promotion of comprehensive strength,construction and function of living in our country small and medium-sized real estate enterprises are still confined to the housing itself,ignoring the market and consumer demand for housing products has been raised to spiritual satisfaction.Small and medium-sized real estate enterprises must through the implementation of brand strategy,brand marketing and promotion,to establish a good brand image,and finally recognized by the market and consumer brand to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,and to seize the initiative in the fierce competition in the market.Jiangxi booming real estate is a new projection of the science and technology innovation can lead the real estate real estate Xinjun,which not only has a strong sense of social responsibility,but also has a modern enterprise management system,setting up reasonable internal organization,rules management system perfect,detailed division of labor,communication and coordination between departments the mechanism is smooth,with strong professional project development and management skills,but also have a strong financial indemnification.In this paper,on the basis of domestic and foreign enterprises brand marketing related research results and practical experience,explores the practice experience of the enterprise well-known real estate status and Greenland Group,Poly Real estate,analyzes Jiangxi prosperous real estate brand marketing Macro environment and the existing problems,and puts forward the Jiangxi booming real estate brand positioning,brand marketing principles and specific strategies for the implementation of brand marketing.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The real estate enterprises,including Jiangxi's booming real estate industry,should attach importance to the role of brand marketing.The implementation of brand marketing strategy in all dimensions and three dimensions is a sign of maturity of the real estate enterprises including the prosperous housing,and it is also the product of adapting to the modern market.(2)Baoli real estate and Greenland Group's brand marketing strategy practice shows that brand promotion can achieve the purpose of strategic expansion,and also maintain the brand and the important position of the brand in the mainland market.Brand marketing is the key measure for the real estate enterprise to remain invincible,and it is also a strong motive force for the sustainable development of the real estate enterprises.(3)The government has made clear the long-term development direction and policy orientation of China's real estate market,especially the housing market,in view of many macro-control policies and measures of macroeconomy,financial system and real estate market.Jiangxi prosperous real estate brand marketing shouldbe combined with the macro environment of the real estate industry and its brand awareness,brand positioning,brand integration and design aspects of the existing problems,the terminal positioning in the real estate market,according to market,prospective,advantage,accuracy and feasibility principle,through optimizing management mode,improve the quality of products to enhance service level,strengthen personnel management,enterprise culture building initiatives such as the implementation of brand marketing strategy of Jiangxi real estate boom.(4)Dividing the real estate market,segmentting the consumer groups,conducting special research on the market after the subdivision,and then obtain accurate market positioning and target customer positioning,which not only can make Jiangxi prosperous real estate product marketing service more precise,guarantee real estate product service and Consumer demand can better match,and it can also improve the level of management of Jiangxi's prosperous real estate brand marketing
