Research On JS Enterprise Product Portfolio Strategy

Under the background of rural revitalization and agricultural supply-side structural reform how leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization formulate correct product mix strategy according to internal and external environment is related to the development of enterprises and the increase of farmers' income.Leading enterprises is the most innovative and dynamic new agricultural operation entity,and it plays a vital role in agricultural supply-side structural reform and the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Moreover,leading enterprises play an active role in promoting standardized production,brand building and quality and safety supervision of agricultural products.Therefore,it has become an urgent matter for enterprise managers.This paper is based on the method of internal and external environment analysis.First,the related theories of product combination strategy of leading enterprises are sorted out,and the related research achievements,internal and external environment analysis theory and product mix theory of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises are summarized respectively.Then,it focuses on the analysis of the internal and external environment faced by JS enterprises,mainly from the perspective of natural environment,economic and social environment,and agricultural development in the macro environment.Besides,it analyzes the industry environment faced by enterprises,and finally analyzes the internal environment of enterprises.In view of the environmental focus of the enterprise,the situation of the product combination of the enterprise is analyzed,and the improvement measures are further put forward.As a typical agricultural industrialization leading enterprise,JS enterprises have the general characteristics of the leading enterprises,and have a certain degree of representation in the eastern region.Based on the analysis of the product portfolio strategy of JS enterprises,this paper tries to have some reference for other leading enterprises.
