Study On The Leading Enterprise In The Agricultural Industrialization

This paper, based on the investigation, studies on LEAI (short for the leadingenterprises in the agricultural industrialization) in Su Zhou, summarizes the advantage andweakness existing in the LEAI, brings forward the suggestion about the development ofLEAI in the future. It's hoped to promote the rural economic development of SuZhouthrough improving LEAI's competition as a breakpoint.three analytic methods are applied in this paper, including finance analysis, theanalysis of representative cases and strategic analysis. We draw the picture of the ability ofoperation, radiation and competition of LEAI in Su Zhou by the finance analysis. We getthe research findings about the issue of strategic development of LEAI, by choosing andanalyzing the three typical ones of LEAI in Su Zhou. The strategic analysis is a methodused for enterprise strategic choice, which was first used by Harvard business school. Weimport this method to review and analysis the interior and external developmentenvironment of LEAI in Su Zhou, by regarding the three typical ones as entirety. In thisway, we draw the future picture of the development of LEAI in Su Zhou, and present aframework of thinking to study on LEAI.Through the overall analysis, we find out that the scale and volume of LEAI in SuZhou is becoming larger and larger, whose ability is gradually improving, but there are stillsome difficulties and weakness need to be overcome. So this paper also brings forwardsome suggestions, hoping to improve the development of LEAI in Su Zhou. Theimprovements are as following: firstly, to transform the government functions positively;secondly, to develop the financing channel diligently; thirdly, to enlarge the technicaldevelopment investment; fourthly, to cultivate the human capital vigorously; finally, toperfect the quality control system and strengthen the environmental protection construction.
