With the agricultural industrialization management to promote the transformation of agricultural industrialization after the leading enterprises have become to promote agricultural development,promote agricultural income,stabilize the market price of the pillar.Under the dual support of the central government and local governments,the leading enterprises use the local superior endowment conditions,continue to grow and develop,promote the rapid development of the local economy and society,at the same time improve the efficiency of enterprises to promote enterprises to upgrade and protect the ecological environment The more important role.However,due to the lack of experience in the process of agricultural industrialization in China,there are also problems such as extensive development mode,weak market demand and poor development potential of industry.In particular,the agricultural enterprises after the transformation of the leading enterprises facing the environment is undergoing in-depth changes in the environment of the ever-changing enterprises to adapt to change the environment to adapt,to run,to coordinate.This paper is based on the development environment of leading enterprises in disorder,complexity,diversity change,and from the perspective of niche,in-depth analysis of leading enterprises to grow environment,growth bottlenecks,growth characteristics and other major issues,a reasonable improvement of leading enterprises growth environment,In order to facilitate the sustainable development of leading enterprises.This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of leading enterprises in the industrialization of agriculture in China,and summarizes the theories of niche and niche situation,and summarizes the four characteristics of the enterprise niche in the early stage,the growth period,the mature stage and the recession period.And the ecological factors are divided into internal ecological factors and external ecological factors.The internal ecological factors include institutional factors,resource factors,cultural factors,external ecological factors including economic factors,and economic factors,which are based on niche perspectives.,Social environmental factors,and natural environmental factors.Then,based on the statistics of ecological factors and the principle of establishing index system,16 indicators of resource dimension,technical dimension,market dimension and social dimension were used to construct the index system of growth environment of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises,and through AHP method Evaluation of the weight of the indicators and the results of the sort.Finally,based on the theory of niche situation,the niche model of leading enterprises was constructed,and the leading enterprises in Hunan Province were selected as the research objects.The actual niche level of leading enterprises in Hunan Province was estimated from the actual data collected in 2008 and 2014.In this paper,the leading level of enterprises in Hunan Province has been steadily improved in recent years.From the national niche level of leading enterprises in China,the leading enterprises in Hunan Province have also improved the overall competitive strength and the steady progress of agricultural industrialization.The economic benefits of more and more obvious,resulting in the gradual spread of social benefits dividends.At the same time,it is suggested to promote the transformation of the functions of the government,to avoid excessive overlap of niche,to strengthen and expand the leading enterprises in three areas to optimize the growth environment.
