In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become an important resource in the enterprise, the management of knowledge which called Knowledge Management became a hot spot of the business management. As the most convenient and fast means to access to the knowledge, and as the premise of knowledge utilization, as the basis of knowledge innovation, Knowledge Sharing has become the core aspect of knowledge management and the key for enterprises to maintain competitive advantage. However, as owners and users of knowledge, people undoubtedly play an important role in knowledge sharing. In this background, what kind of challenges and requirements that the Knowledge Sharing requires on the Human Resource Management? How to adjust the Human Resource Management to adapt to this request and to support the implementation of the Knowledge Sharing in enterprise? This is the main purpose of the article.This article takes the method to combining literature review and case analysis. Based on analyzing and summarizing literature at home and abroad, this article defines on the concept of the the Knowledge Sharing and the Human Resource Management. In addition, this article analyzes the relationship between the Knowledge Sharing and the Human Resource Management in detail. On this basis, this paper analyzes some new challenges and demands that the Knowledge Sharing brings to the Human Resource Management. The challenges and demands contain that: it is difficult for the enterprise to retain the knowledge-based staff, the ability and quality of the staff are needed to be more comprehensive, the work processes and results of the staff are difficult to measure and evaluate, and the concept and management models of the Human Resource Management are challenged. Based on the new requirements that the Knowledge Sharing requires on the Human Resource Management, this article emphatically analyzes the improvement of four modules of the Human Resource Management that was Closely related with the Knowledge Sharing.This four modules include: planning and configuration, training, excitation, performance management. Moreover, through the training system of the IBM, the case of excitation in the Siemens and the performance management of Lenovo, this paper demonstrates the improvement of these modules. The analysises of the Human Resource Management Based on the Knowledge Sharing are from the following aspects:(1) From the planning and configuration of the human resource, the enterprise should adopt the following strategy: First of all, companies should focus on employee career planning to achieve the common development of enterprises and employees; Secondly, a reasonable job design should be carried out; Again, to accurately and timely measure the possible loss of human resources.(2) From the training of the human resource, in order to adapt to requests that the Knowledge Sharing in the era of knowledge economy brings to the enterprise and employees, the enterprise should through enhancing the training for concept of the employee's knowledge-sharing, team spirit, communication skills and interpersonal skills, etc..(3)From the excitation of the human resources, in order to promote the Enterprise's Internal Knowledge Sharing,the enterprise should adopt the following strategy: establishing a reasonable salary system, adopting the implementation of a comprehensive compensation strategy, and establishing a related long-term incentive.(4) From the performance management of the human resources, whether the design of performance indicators, performance communication, the assessment and evaluation of performance, or the application of assessment results should reflect the importance of knowledge sharing.Finally, this article introduces the problems in the Knowledge Sharing and the efforts the Human Resource Management of a high-tech companies (A Company). Through this case, this article systematically analyzes the Human Resource Management Based on the Enterprise's Internal Knowledge Sharing.
