In the rapid development of knowledge economy,the competitive advantage of enterprises depends largely on obtainment,dissemination,application and innovation of knowledge,so knowledge management has also been the attention of managers.But knowledge sharing has become a big obstacle to knowledge management.In the real world,many employees are reluctant to share knowledge with others because of lack of organizational support,worrying about the loss of knowledge and lack of learning atmosphere in the organization.However,knowledge is to achieve value-added in communication.Knowledge sharing not only helps to increase the amount of knowledge and inspire creativity of employees,but also enhance intellectual capital of the organization.Therefore,knowledge sharing has become an important research topic.Based on the social exchange theory and organizational support theory,this paper puts the supportive human resource practice,organizational trust and knowledge sharing into an analytical framework,discussing the impact of supportive human resource practice on knowledge sharing,and the intermediary role of organizational trust in the relationship of supportive human resource and knowledge sharing.This paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Supportive human resource practice has a significant positive impact on organizational trust;(2)Supportive human resource practice has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing;(3)Organizational trust has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing;(4)Organizational trust plays a intermediary role in the impact of supportive human resource practice on knowledge sharing.Finally,according to the current situation of society and the conclusions of this study to put forward some recommendations about promoting internal knowledge sharing.
