As an advanced management tool,performance management is widely used in the development of enterprises in the current social development process.As the reform of the tobacco industry in China has gradually increased in recent years,how to implement effective performance appraisal and maximize the enthusiasm and creativity of marketing staff has become a key issue that cigarette companies urgently need to solve in their development.In this study,it takes the X Cigarette Chain Company as an example to analyze the status quo of performance appraisal of the X Cigarette Chain Company's marketing personnel by means of questionnaire survey and analyze the main problems and causes.Specifically designing the optimization scheme of performance appraisal system of the X Cigarette Chain Company's marketing personnel,this study decomposed KPI of the employees based on different perspectives in accordance with the concept idea of the comprehensive performance management model and then realized performance appraisal optimization in combination with different dimensions.The formulation of specific marketing post-performance indicators should be result-oriented attention and behavioral attention.At the same time,employees with different responsibilities and at different levels occupy different weights.The specific implementation is also the research focus after a good performance appraisal optimization plan is formulated.Meanwhile,formulating the supporting measures for the marketing personnel's performance appraisal and optimization plan aims at effectively obtaining match support for different aspects of personnel,mechanism and organizations.It is hoped that this study can be used for reference for other enterprises. |
