Compensation management is the core of human resource management for one enterprise. The employees ' satisfaction with their compensation affects the development of the enterprise. So, to set up an available compensation system i s an effective way to assure the fairness of salary and to attract and mot ivate employees.With China joined WTO, and the foreign cigarette factories will take part into Chinese tobacco market. The competitions will be more and more furious. In order to deal with the change of market, Chinese cigarette factories are recombining on a large scale. In the new situation, the compensation strategy and the compensation system of the enterprises requires changes.Based on the background, the paper analyzed the old salary system of ZHT cigarette factory, and then, the scientific method of position evaluation and the KPI system were introduced to solve the problems that the fairness of salary and motivation is not enough .According to these, the author tried to design a suit of operative system that adapts to the characters of the enterprise. |
