With the development of modern social progress and development, performance management has been more and more people pay attention to different levels. Performance management by many enterprises use in everyday work, as to improve the labor productivity and the interests of enterprises is an important means and ways. The performance is to motivate the staff to work hard, the pursuit of a company or organization to maximize the benefits of the important tool. But, in a growing number of staff and related researchers and scholars pay attention to the background, domestic most company performance appraisal system is not very mature. On the other hand, our country’s current security system administration is facing a great challenge, the concept of a harmonious society under the influence of the security system, the management idea is increasingly to "prevent, management, service" change, security company responsibilities become more and more important, therefore, to have a set of complete and effective performance appraisal the mechanism is imperative.This paper uses the concept of performance assessment, content, type, function, process, method as the theoretical basis, a comprehensive analysis of the Linyi City Anbang security company performance appraisal system present situation and the existence question, at the same time the application of literature collection, questionnaire and other methods, from the principles of statistics and computer analysis software, analysis of Linyi city and Lanshan District Anbang security company performance appraisal system and index selection was improved, including the evaluation system in the evaluation, the assessed and the choice of the evaluation method have been improved, and the Ampang security company performance evaluation system by using grading method program recommendations.
