Nowadays,there are more and more enterprises management investigation showed that the most important core competitiveness among the enterprises is the talent competition.If an enterprise want to develop healthy?sustainably and stably,to have a high level employees with high loyalty is becoming particularly important.During these years,the increasing competition between banks,which to lead a high level of staff turnover rate.In the meanwhile,with the reducing of the satisfaction and loyalty from the employees,this problem is becoming a common problem which to affect the survival and development of the bank seriously.How to attract and retain the employees and improve the loyalty of the employees have already become the key issues of the domestic bank's management.This project regards employee loyalty as the research object,and conducts a survey and interview which based on the 150 bank staffs from one commercial bank.The main concept about the survey is about the satisfaction of the bank staffs.Through the data analysis,which understand the phenomenon of the bank staffs loss is seriously,and the satisfaction to bank from the employees is reducing quickly.This paper combines the relate theory of the employee loyalty from domestic and abroad,at the same time,it also summarizes and analyzes the research results for the satisfaction of the bank staffs.Through the summary and analysis,which to find the several factors that affect employee loyalty.In addition,in this paper uses the multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive appraisal model,considers the influence from the all kinds of factors,to obtain the main factors which to affect the employee loyalty.At last,in order to solve the problem of employee loyalty of the banks,this project combines the related theories of the employee loyalty and assessment of the employee loyalty.It also provides the solutions and strategies from the four aspects,which are enterprise culture,training mechanism,salary and benefits of the employee,and leadership of the managers.It has an important significance for the banks to know about the employee loyalty and to improve the employee loyalty in the future.
