Under the trend of declining employee loyalty,this paper takes the loyalty of private enterprises in China as the research direction,through a large number of analysis and accurate summarization of domestic and foreign literature review and current research data,in-depth field Investigation and research,and carefully combing the loyalty of employees Core elements,through literature analysis,field interviews,statistical analysis and questionnaire survey,the loyalty of internal staff in private enterprises is studied.Although private enterprises are the main force of China’s economic development,they lack the resource advantages of large enterprises and state-owned enterprises.If private enterprises want to have a place in the increasingly competitive market,they must give full play to the advantages of private enterprises and increase the loyalty of employees in private enterprises.Based on the two-factor theory,Maslow’s demand theory,fairness theory and Commons’ participatory management theory,this paper proposes countermeasures to enhance the loyalty of private enterprise employees.Through questionnaire survey,this paper presents the objective status of employee loyalty in private enterprises.In the survey of the status quo of private enterprises,questionnaires were issued for objective analysis.The questionnaire has an effective rate of approximately 89.6%.In combination with the content of the questionnaire,I carried out a detailed analysis of the results of the survey,and through the analysis of the data,carried out a systematic classification of the problems.The general influencing factors can be divided into five aspects,and small-scale private enterprises in different industries with stable development and typical characteristics are selected for research,and data is processed by means of judgment sampling and convenient sampling.Using the Likert scale to measure the data,using the proportional analysis technology to scientifically and rigorously analyze the survey results,and then sorting and processing the obtained data,and input the processed data into the computer SPSS software to implement reliability analysis and utilization discrimination.The method of analysis classifies the factors that affect employee loyalty,and conducts comprehensive analysis and evaluation and related data processing.According to the data analysis method,there are five related factors that affect employee loyalty.According to the above analysis results,five countermeasures and suggestions for improving the loyalty of private enterprise employees are proposed.Five of them are indispensable,complement each other and promote each other.Only by striving to improve corporate management can we retain employees and retain talents.In the comprehensive research results,the final main reason is the lack of a scientific and perfect salary system.It is difficult for employees to achieve self-worth in private enterprises,and the perceived respect and attention are insufficient;the corresponding duties and rights are lacking;There is a huge limit on the space for self-development and so on.As a private enterprise,in order to achieve a great improvement in employee loyalty,the key point is to fully consider the needs of employees in the acceptable scope of enterprise capabilities,so that they feel respected and enthusiastic care,and can be satisfied in their hearts;to provide employees with competitive,fair and reasonable remuneration;to give them more choices in the opportunities of education and professional literacy improvement,and to have Help employees to achieve self-worth and needs.The core is to treat employees with sincerity and sincerity,cultivate roots and seedlings devoted to employees in the soil of private enterprises,and the final fruits will inevitably be the loyalty of employees.Employees’ loyalty is very important for the high quality development of private enterprises,which must be paid attention and highly valued by private enterprise managers,so as to make great efforts to promote and improve.For private enterprises,improving and optimizing the loyalty of employees in private enterprises is a very important and urgent problem.Only by finding the best fit point of loyalty between employees and private enterprises can we achieve a win-win situation.
