Study On Construction Of Professional Management Team Of Basic Taxorganization

In recent years,team building and team building have become more and more popular in the world because of their high efficiency in collaboration and communication.The concept of team is widely used not only in enterprises,but also in the government reform because of the guidance and demonstration role of enterprises.Practice has proved that the team and team building work in improving the quality and efficiency,and stimulate human resources potential and efficient,achieve organizational goals significant results.The tax department is the organization of state revenue,responsible for the implementation of national tax laws and regulations,the implementation of effective management to ensure national fiscal revenue,the taxpayer service,monitoring the operation of social economy and other functions.The tax authorities at the grass-roots level are the direct implementers of the tax functions.In the construction of grass-roots team under the new mode of operation,for the mitigation of the country to promote the collection and management system to accelerate the pace of reform contradictions and basic tax human resources planning to keep up with the pace of reform,with remarkable results.This paper carries out the research on the meaning,elements and the way the team team building,mainly discusses the problems encountered bottlenecks,team building of grassroots organizations in the tax and the reasons of these problems,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the team construction of the system,in order to provide reference and new mode of human resource management of public sector.
