| The internationalization of RMB proposed by Chinese scholars in 1989,cross-border RMB trade settlement pilot in 2009,opened the I era of internationalization of RMB;In 2016 RMB formally joined the SDR,marking the internationalization of the RMB has entered a new stage;in 2017,The Belt and Road forum held," One Belt One Road "strategy will be"Finance output and trade output "to"financial output "," financial output "need to realize the internationalization of the RMB,The Belt and Road Initiative strategy to promote the internationalization of the RMB will lead into the 2 era.The internationalization of RMB is a long-term project.The current situation of China’s economy determines that the internationalization of RMB should follow the road of regionalization to internationalization."One Belt and One Road " along with different economic regions,comparative analysis on the different economic regions,provides a good platform for the Greater Mekong sub regional comprehensive regional advantages for RMB regionalization.The Greater Mekong sub region in the economic corridor "One Belt and One Road "six economic corridors of the Indochina Peninsula,great potential of economic development;Lancang-Mekong Cooperation mechanism was established in 2016,has brought new opportunities for regional cooperation.In this paper,the RMB in the GMS process as the research object,analysis of the current situation in the GMS and the RMB is facing opportunities and challenges,combined with the experience and lessons of the main international currency and RMB internationalization worldwide,and in other areas of progress do comparative analysis.On the basis of analysis and comparison,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of RMB regionalization in the GMS.Finally,the RMB put forward several suggestions in the area of the Greater Mekong sub region,mainly with the"One Belt and One Road" strategic planning background,and the new situation of"Lancang-Mekong Cooperation",combined with the characteristics of the GMS cooperation mechanism,through a series of trade and investment policies and system security construction to speed up RMB in the GMS development,and lay a solid foundation for the internationalization of RMB."One Belt and One Road " will fly for RMB regionalization to plug in the wings,the Greater Mekong sub regional economic cooperation will inject Everfount power for RMB regionalization;RMB regionalization and "One Belt and Road "and the Greater Mekong sub regional cooperation will form a complementary and complement of the situation,the RMB regionalization should be seize the "One Belt and One Road" major window of opportunity,make good use of the Greater Mekong sub regional comprehensive advantage,corresponding risk aversion,consolidate the strong foundation of RMB regionalization,contribute to the breakthrough of RMB internationalization. |
