Tibet Autonomous Region is located in the southwest of China’s Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,with high altitude,cold climate and strong solar radiation,resulting in a more complex geological environment than other provinces and cities,coupled with ethnic characteristics,political,economic,social and other factors,Tibet’s geological disaster prevention level lags behind other provinces and municipalities.In order to effectively improve the status quo of geological disaster prevention and control,enhance the ability of geological disaster prevention and control,and ensure the safety of people’s lives and property,the Department of Natural Resources of Tibet Autonomous Region has vigorously promoted the construction of geological disaster prevention and control system,and JZ Company has served as the contractor of the information management platform in the construction of the prevention and control system.The thesis mainly studies the project communication management problems of JZ Company in the construction of geological disaster information management platform,in order to analyze the causes of the problem,propose targeted optimization measures,improve the efficiency of project communication,promote the efficient construction of the platform,and enhance the level of information technology of geological disaster prevention and control in Tibetan areas,so as to provide a solid power guarantee for the improvement of its geological disaster prevention and control capabilities.The thesis selects the geological hazard information management platform project of JZ Company as the research object,takes the three processes of communication management as the starting point,comprehensively and deeply explores and analyzes the project,finds the problems and shortcomings of its project communication management,analyzes the reasons for the gap formation in combination with the project construction objectives,and puts forward targeted and operable optimization measures.The thesis fully organizes and collects the background,significance and purpose of relevant research,and expounds the importance and necessity of communication management research based on the research of communication management at home and abroad.Through reviewing the literature and combining relevant theoretical knowledge,the basic concepts of project communication management,communication management process,project stakeholder management theory,etc.were explained in detail,and the full-text theoretical foundation was laid.Then,based on the project overview of JZ Company’s geological hazard information management platform,starting from the current situation of communication management of geological hazard information management platform project,we use interview research and other methods to find out the problems,and summarize and analyze the causes of the problems.Subsequently,through the complete and detailed identification of stakeholders of the entire project,the establishment of a stakeholder register,the analysis of them by using the right influence square,and the three optimization measures such as planning communication management,management communication,and supervision and communication are proposed.Finally,the prospect of the research content of this thesis is prospected,there are no certain rules for management,and through the integration of interdisciplinary and cross-industry technologies,the diversification of communication management methods and methods of information platform communication is promoted,so as to enhance the level of communication management,improve management efficiency,and adapt to the development trend of the times.
