Study On The Human Resource Managment Of L Hydropower Plant

With the rapid development of economy and the reform of electric power system,the competition is increasingly fierce in Yunnan hydropower market.Since talents are the most important element of enterprise operation and one of the determinants of a firm's core competence,many hydropower firms pay attention to the cultivation and retain of talents.The L Hydropower Plant,which is located next to the Jinsha River in Yunnan,is a typical representative of modern Hydropower enterprise.The particularity of hydropower enterprises on the one hand makes most of them are located in hostile environment,on the other hand,it makes that they require employees with education background and work experience in that field.This paper,which is based on the analysis on hydropower firms and the surveys of both incumbent and separating employees,analyzes the human resource management in hydropower enterprises and gives some suggestions to firms in hydropower industy.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,introduces the background of the topic,research significance,reference method of research methods and so on.The second chapter introduces the current situation of human resource management in L Hydropower Plant.The third chapter is the analysis of the existing problems and some measures L Hydropower Plant takes in human resources management.And the next part proposes some innovative advices to human resources management for companies in the hydropower industry.The conclusions that reached is in the fifth chapter.
