The Research Of Human Resource Management Problems Of TD Power Plant

As we know, human resource is the most important resource of all society's resources, improve management of human resource is the need for the state and enterprises to improve competitiveness. So far from the power system reform, the market of power generation become more and more competitive as well as power enterprises facing more and more challenges. Because of human resource management lagging behind due to institutional reasons and constraining the development of power enterprises, the only way to improve management level and competitive is to improve human resource management, that is also a major topic currently power enterprises facing with. In this paper, the theory of modern human resource management, combined with practical situation, has been used to analyze the current status of human resources management of TD Power Plant, solutions have been raised. This Paper is a useful exploration on how to further deepen human resources management reform of generation enterprises.
