Study On The Agro-Technical Popularization Problem Of Farmers' Professional Cooperative In Heyuan City

With the development of the policy of reform and opening and the deepening development of the modern market economic system,the implementation of household contract responsibility system exerts a large extent to stimulate the farmer's initiative and enthusiasm.In addition,it has also promoted the development and transformation of China's rural areas.However,due to the scattered measures,small production mode and low degree of organization,it has caused certain impact on the economic development of rural areas and,which made it difficult for China's rural economy to keep up with the modern open market and agricultural productivity.With the strengthening of attention to Farmer and Village policy,in order to actualize to healthy development and enhance farmers' income,we need to continuously upgrade the rural economic reform and enhance the organization of production.Therefore,based on this situation,the farmer cooperative organization was founded.Farmer Cooperative Organization in our country's agricultural development system,which has been come for further development and innovation.Based on the development point of view,the rural cooperative organizations adhere to the "voluntary,risk",the implementation of the "people," the principle and the use of a wide range of ways,which brought considerable income for farmers.As a new way,the farmer professional cooperative organization(CPO)plays a very important role in promoting the modernization of agricultural development in our country,especially the popularization of agricultural technology and rational response to agricultural technical problems.First,this paper introduces the relevant concepts of the farmer cooperative organization and analyzes the development status and progress between the domestic and foreign,to determine the research methods and ideas.In order to research and promote the combination of theory and practice better,this paper investigates the technical application of the farmer cooperative organization in HeYuan City,and the conditions and status quo of the implementation of the modern agricultural technology in this city were summarized.This paper points out the role of the agricultural cooperative organization in the effective processing of the agricultural technology development in HeYuan City,and deeply understands the internal problems in the agricultural cooperative organization of HeYuan City,such as imperfect construction system,small scope of cooperative operation,lack of specialized management,Weak technology,imperfect agricultural information to a series of issues,and these issues are studied.Its main reason is the lack of publicity to farmers.Many farmers do not have full understanding of the organization.In addition,owing to lacking of operating funds,many of the relevant agricultural policies of the country has a larger influence for the internal service system,on which the development of the organization has a certain impact.On the basis of the research,this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions as follows: Promote the propaganda of the agricultural organization,improve the ability of facing the problems in the development of modern agricultural technology relying the theory and practice constantly,improve the financial service system,grasp the modern marketing concept,improve the quality of employees and so on.Finally,this paper summarizes the article and hopes to lay the foundation for the healthy development of the organization.
