Today,how to develop agriculture and promote rural economy have been the urgent problems to be solved in the Construction of new countryside.In the current trend of international market competition,Decentralized management of small-scale peasant production makes the single peasant under tremendous market pressure and the risk,makes economic develop slow in rural areas and peasants hard to increase income.Facing the new situation and new requirements after China's accession to WTO, the strategic restructuring of agriculture and the rural economy and how to achieve agricultural industrialization.Learn from developed countries and regions, the successful practice of how to realize agricultural modernization and industrialization,Peasants must break the traditional business model and choose the road of cooperation and development,in order to comply with the law of development of market economy. This is the product of market economy in rural areas and also the product of peasants' rational choice. Otherwise, this is closely related to the Government's active guidance and strong support.In this paper, the main research methods are literature method and case studies. After the investigation of the development of peasants' cooperative economic organizations in Xinghua city of Jiangsu province,to know the overall of peasants' cooperative economic organizations in Xinghua,to find main types, main characteristics, main functions and the main problems of organizations.Then analysis the subjective and objective power of development,and analysis restrictive factors of the current development of rural cooperative economic organizations. At last,Put forward a number of suggestions on how to promote China's rural cooperative economic organizations develop healthy.
