Research On The Risk Control Of The Financial Shared Service Center Of PICC Property And Casualty Insurance Company

With the global economy integration,the scale of business development has been increasing,coupled with the rapid development of IT technology,enterprises are facing a competitive environment which has changed fundamentally,this makes the rapidly changing of customer needs.In the context of technology updates constantly accelerating,market competition has become increasingly,how companies continue to maintain and enhance the core competitiveness of the overall strategic management is an important issue.In this situation,companies must change the business mode from extensive management to cost control,from the department level to enterprise collaborative management,only in this way could an enterprise quickly adapt to the competitive situation changes.Thus,the enterprise internal control,management and operation of in-depth optimization gradually emerges,and emerged out of IT,HR and what's more,the shared services center,has been applied in a large number.Shared Services is a new management model,which meet customer demand,it provide specialized shared services for internal and external corporate business units according to market price and service level agreements(Service Level Agreements,SLA).Enterprise business units will be distributed some repeat business into a separate profit center-Shared Service Center(Shared Services Center,SSC)for processing,this forced companies to focus the limited resources and energy on their own core business,to create and maintain long-term competitive advantage,and to consolidate resources,reduce costs,improve efficiency,ensure quality,increase customer satisfaction.Shared services model provides the following services include:Financial(Finance),money management(Cash Management),Purchasing(Procurement),human resources(Human Resource),marketing(Sales and Marketing),information technology(IT),technology development(TD),logistics(Logistics),the Inland Revenue(Tax),law(Law),etc.As a key node to connect to other shared services mode,financial shared services center is the first implementation between enterprises and rapidly forming a system because of its ease of standardization of the underlying operating and process-oriented operation.In this paper,the writer use the status of PICC financial shared service center,try to analyze and demonstrate the risk of business management,internal and external environment which the PICC Shared Services Center is facing.The dissertation proposed exploratory risk control program,then discuss how to implement the protection strategy related to risk control program.This provides a better establishment and development of financial shared models to the insurance companies for reference.
