With the rapid development of China's economy and society,all works of life has entered a rapid development period,three lines enterprises are facing rare opportunities of development,and participate in the fierce market competition.How to keep the advantage in the fierce market competition,achieve rapid,stable and sustainable development of enterprises,is an issue for every company.Three lines S state-owned military enterprises are established,in response to market competition in the process of vigorously promotion.The introduction of talent at every level and the number of management positions is limited.development approaches and the employee's promotion space are relatively small.As time goes on,employee's career development is coming into the period of stagnation of personal career development.It is specific issues of human resources management,namely the career plateau phenomenon.Career plateau phenomenon appears to the enterprise employee attitude,enthusiasm,satisfaction,and even families bringing negative impacts.Ference studied career advancement by proposed career plateau(career plateau)concept in 1997,from then on,staff in the career of career plateau phenomenon become a hot issue at home and abroad.In the study of career plateau,for employees in the study theory of the influence factors of career plateau is more,the employee career plateau to businesses and individuals,and other results of the impact of the variable is less,and so is the career plateau characteristics study of three line employees.According to our country's cultural background,therefore,to explore three lines enterprises employees' career plateau characteristics and consequences of the correlation between variables,and job satisfaction is very necessary.In this paper,based on relevant theories,empirical researches both at home and abroad,and with S employees as the research object,the integrated use of literature analysis,empirical research and statistical analysis,the enterprise of career plateau phenomenon,the empirical research of the current job satisfaction was studied.To reveal the enterprise staff S professional plateau and the relationship between job satisfaction is put forward on the basis.According to the results of the study,the writer will put forward some reasonable suggestions and measures for enterprise S responsing to employees' career plateau phenomenon and improving the job satisfaction and reduce resigns.
