"Everyone can be famous in 15 minutes" and "everyone can be famous in 15 minutes," says Andy Warhol.However,in the era of mobile Internet,because of the existence of short video,a group of people may become famous in only 15 seconds.With the popularization of 4G and the rise of 5g,short video,as a media carrier,develops rapidly,followed by the rise of short video network red.The Internet has constructed this acceleration era,the information excess will certainly lead to the attention scarcity,the short video network red must realize the IP to maintain the longterm,fresh vitality.Super short video network red IP has five characteristics: unique content capability,potential value of its own topic,differentiated brand personality,integration and utilization of new technology,and super liquidity.In the second chapter,the author analyzes the IP methodology of super short video network red IP "Papi sauce,Xu teacher,Li Ziqi",and summarizes that the short video network red IP transformation must be carried out from four dimensions: short video content production,differentiated charm personality expression,user aggregation and formation,and short video content industry chain.In the third chapter,the above IP strategy is applied to the short video creation practice,and achieved good results.This paper discusses the "short video network red IP content creation strategy",in order to have some reference for other short video network red.
