In the context of global overcapacity and the rapid development of e-commerce,the traditional warehouse management model can no longer meet people's growing productivity needs,mainly manifested: low productivity and error-prone,information islands,poor flexibility and other issues.With the widespread of information technology,Internet of Things technology provides a chance for the development of intelligent warehouse to break through the bottleneck,how to “quickly storage and get,and effectively manage”,becomes the top issue of current research.As first,the paper studies the business process of warehouse and its development status at home and abroad,combining radio frequency identification technology and based on NCC template matching algorithm,proposes a warehouse information system which adoptd C/S architecture and was based on goods tracking and positioning.The upper business management system is in charge of creating warehouse operation task,managing basic data and report statistics analysis,etc.The underlying Goods Tracking and Positioning System takes charge of reading electronic tags and capturing pictures of cargo on key nodes,and monitoring device status.Secondly,we analy system requirements from user role,functionality and non-functionality aspects,and design software architecture of the system.At the same time,we use the data flow diagram to describe the data flow of warehouse business,and design the database structure.Subsequently,we divide functional modules of the system into storage management,inventory management,inventory inspection management,outbound management and report statistics.Specially,we introduce Goods Tracking and Positioning System from the level of hardware composition and software design.Finally,this paper adopts layered thinking to separately develop application layer,business logic layer,data persistence layer and sensing layer combining with C#'s Winform graphical interface design,MySQL,MyBatis,BackgroundWorker background thread and other technologies.This paper designs an image recognition algorithm based on NCC template based on assignment problem;uses Socket communication of TCP transmission protocol for communication between data acquisition layer and server process;applies black box testing and performance testing methods to system testing.
