Warehousing management has always been a key link in the logistics system.With the in-depth application of the Internet of Things,many emerging technologies are changing the global industry landscape at an unprecedented scale,and also provide an opportunity for breakthrough bottlenecks in warehousing development.The introduction and evolution of the concept of intelligent warehouse have made the development of storage technology a broader research space.Therefore,introducing Internet of Things technology into warehouse management is of important research significance and value.In particularly,this paper combines the two Internet of Things technologies of Radio Frequency Identification and Indoor Positioning to improve the traditional warehouse management system and developed the system,in order to ease the problems of checking in and out of supplies and managing the storage location of materials.This proves the feasibility of the intelligent management system for warehouse materials based on the Internet of Things technology.Firstly,this paper introduces the research status of warehouse management.Secondly,this paper analyzes the literature works of domestic and foreign scholars,introduces the theory of Internet of Things and intelligent storage,and details the technical principles of radio frequency identification and indoor positioning.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the overall structure of the intelligent management system for warehouse materials,and it expounds the system architecture from aspects of business,logic and technology.Fourthly,this paper proposes a location fingerprinting algorithm based on Delaunay triangulation for warehouse indoor scenes.The algorithm is tested with the warehouse of a medical technology Co.,Ltd In Jiangxi province,as the experimental scene.Fifthly,this paper studies the intelligent management system for warehouse materials,including the requirements analysis,business process analysis,system use case design,functional module design and database design of the system,then through the integration framework of Spring + Spring MVC + MyBatis(SSM)in Java EE technology,the intelligent management system for storage materials based on Internet of Things technology is implemented.
