Research On The "Second Harm" Of Disaster Reporting In The Context Of Mobile Communication

The secondary injury objects of news report are various and the reasons are complicated.It is not only limited to the second injury caused by the first person responsible for the news report,but also includes the influence of external factors.This paper attempts to discuss the phenomenon of secondary injury caused by news reporting from the aspects of the way of news reporting,the content of the report,the way of expression and the effect of the report,from the perspective of the society,the media,and so on.This paper analyzes the causes of news secondary injury in three dimensions,such as audience accomplishment,so that news reporting can transmit news information in a real and comprehensive way,adhere to the correct public opinion orientation,play the leading role of the media,and at the same time reduce the number of news reports.It is of practical significance to report the occurrence of ethical derangement of the second injury in news reports.In the current media environment of mobile communication,the performance of "secondary injury" in disaster reporting is diverse,and the causes are more complex.This paper attempts to start with the core and key theories and characteristics of mobile communication,in-depth analysis of the impact of news reports' interview methods,content and effect feedback on disaster event reports in the new communication environment and the performance of "secondary injury" phenomenon in disaster reports in the new context,and analysis of disaster from the four dimensions of group psychology,media,social public and legal supervision It is difficult to report the causes of "secondary injury",and on this basis,it puts forward countermeasures to avoid "secondary injury" in disaster reporting,so as to promote disaster reporting to play its due role in social governance.Based on the background of mobile media,with the help of communication science,social psychology,news ethics and other theories,this paper comprehensively uses case analysis,literature analysis and in-depth interview to analyze and discuss the more typical "secondary injury" cases in disaster reports in recent years,and combines the first-hand case data for research.It is found that the "secondary injury" of disaster news is not only the cause of media reporters,but also related to the large social environment factors and the audience itself;while the media environment of mobile communication increases the frequency of the "secondary injury" and enlarges the "secondary injury",which can not be ignored;the "secondary injury" will not only harm the news parties,It will also affect the sound development of the media itself;therefore,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions from all levels according to the research findings.It is hoped that these analysis and suggestions will help the media industry and media people to re-examine their own professional ethics and journalistic integrity,fully ensure the right of the public to know,at the same time,protect the rights and interests of disaster victims to the maximum extent,and promote the harmonious development of society.
