Virtual And Real Synchronous Mapping Modeling Simulation And Process Monitoring Technology For Automatic Test Unit Execution

Automatic test system will generate a large number of data in the test process,how to monitor the test system more intuitively is an urgent problem.This paper analyses the composition and business requirements of ATS,Aiming at the application background of management and control software,virtual-real synchronous modeling,simulation and operation control technology for ATS execution and process monitoring technology for ATS execution are proposed,the real-time control and control of the fine management of the automatic test line and the visualization of the test execution process are realized.Finally,a production management system is designed and verifies the effectiveness of the above technologies successfully.Firstly,according to the requirements of manufacturing execution process control,virtual-real synchronous mapping and execution schedule and quality control technology of ATS,in order to realize intelligent management of automatic test tasks,based on the analysis of the management and control business requirements and business processes of ATS,the technical framework of ATS is constructed,and the virtual-real synchronous modeling,simulation and operation control technology and process monitoring technology for ATS execution are proposed.A virtual workshop for ATS is developed by Unity3 D,on the basis of virtual-real modeling and simulation technology,state-driven model mapping and operation control technology and human-computer interaction technology are proposed to realize the digital twin operation mode.Aiming at the characteristics and requirements of quality inspection for ATS execution,this paper proposes an information physical fusion process monitoring technology for ATS execution,analyses the relationship between quality data,studies the real-time data acquisition,and combines SPC technology to analyze quality data.
