At present,the university library is building a more perfect service system,in which the personalized service oriented by readers' needs is an important part,it is necessary and feasible to introduce Six Sigma management,an advanced theory and tool to improve the overall service quality.The author tries to establish a set of Six Sigma management process which is suitable for the personalized service of University Library,and Guide University Library to develop the personalized service better.This paper takes the personalized service of Heilongjiang University as an example,and simulates the process of designing personalized service with Six Sigma management by using network investigation,case analysis and other research methods.The simulation results show that six sigma management can improve the personalized service quality of University Library,Help University library to clarify its tasks in personalized service,better organize management team,and carry out cross-departmental cooperation,it provides reference for the research and practice of personalized service quality management in university library.
