Then enter the business requirements analysis, after carefully on the original business process analysis found the problems and make after the retrofit optimization was given to optimize business processes, including:basic information management process optimization, letters received registration optimization process, the petition the admissibility of process optimization, the petition for process optimization and supervision of the petition to optimize process and completes the archiving process optimization and system management process optimization. In the functional analysis, the work of the project system is analyzed by using the use case of system and the function package diagram. Based on business analysis and functional analysis, data analysis is carried out. In the data analysis, the relationship between class and entity class is given, and the entity class diagram is given in detail.
