In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,communication technology,database technology,BIM technology and so on,the requirements of the building operation and maintenance management are becoming higher and higher.In the field of intelligent building,numbers of intelligent building devices with strong functions and high integration have appeared.So,how to fully integrate these devices into building operation and maintenance management is particularly important.With the rapid development of BIM technology,the application of BIM is being continuously extended from the design and construction phase to the operation and maintenance phase.There are various ways of extension and realization,which need further exploration and research.Aiming at the requirements of building operation and maintenance management,together with the requirements of intelligent building,this paper firstly develops a general configuration software.On the basis of completing the basic functions,the software contains the contents of building operation and maintenance and the special functions of various intelligent building devices.As for BIM technology,to achieve the 3D visualization of architecture information,the research extract the data of 3D building models and display it in the form of B/S by using WebGL,Three.js and other related technologies.Firstly,this paper is the result of taking these actions: investigate and research the content of building operation and maintenance management system,pay attention to the development of intelligent building technology and intelligent building devices,and summarize its application in computer.Secondly,a building information database is created,and it integrates the information of building operation and maintenance and the content of intelligent building.According to the different types of information in buildings,the database combines the corresponding real-time database with the history database to accomplish the data integration.Thirdly,on the study and research of the WPF programming technology,an editing and running configuration software to achieve the human-machine interface is developed.For the common advanced functions of configuration software and the requirements in the field of buildings,the software develops the corresponding user-control to extend the function.To achieve the information interaction between the draws and the database,the software connects the database through SQL Server commands and calls the WCF service by using C# computer language.Thus,the human-machine interface of the software can retrieve the information of building operation and maintenance,receive or control the status of building devices and achieve the information linkage of the new intelligent building devices.Fourthly,a secondary development of the Revit software is carried out to extract the data of the 3D building model,and the obtained data will be converted to the commonly-used 3D format and stored in files.Then,in order to show the building information in three dimensions,the file will be loaded in browser using WebGL,Three.js and other 3D visualization technologies.Finally,the software is tested and put into practice in a residential project of a community.The model of the building in Revit software and the necessary message is completely displayed in browser.After being tested,the software runs stably and achieves the expected effects.
