Analysis On The Competitiveness Of Sichuan Electronic Information Industry Cluster And Its Influencing Factors

The electronic information industry has rapidly become a pillar industry for the rapid development of information technology in the modern society.During the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period,China's electronic information industry has a strong development momentum,domestic sales have increased,domestic enterprises have increased their contribution rate,and the proportion of international trade has increased.The product structure tends to be high-end;during the 13th Five-Year Plan period,in order to enhance the national strategic support capability,we will vigorously promote the development of industrial applications and promote the integration and innovation of electronic information and traditional fields.Sichuan Province is the largest electronic information industry cluster in western China.However,it is still in the cluster development period compared with the Bohai Rim Cluster,the Yangtze River Delta Cluster and the Pearl River Delta Cluster,which are the earliest in China to develop the electronic information industry.Therefore,this paper intends to provide a promotion strategy with overall effect and spillover effect for the competitiveness of Sichuan electronic information industry cluster by studying the competitiveness level and competitiveness of Sichuan electronic information industry cluster.This paper analyzes the theory of economic externalities,industrial clusters and industrial cluster competitiveness,identifies the level of Sichuan electronic information industry clusters by location quotient,and obtains cluster competitiveness index data for Sichuan electronic information industry cluster area,using AHP-GEMN model.The competitiveness of Sichuan's electronic information industry clusters was evaluated from four aspects:basic,enterprise,market and innovation network.The analysis concludes that Sichuan's electronic information industry cluster is strong in the competitiveness of basic resources such as location,population and facilities;the leading enterprises in the cluster gather,the productivity is strong,the upstream and downstream industrial chains are complete;the internal and external markets of the cluster are gradually expanding,and the prospects are considerable;R&D units and university talents gathered,but did not form a complete innovation network.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part introduces the research background,innovation and related concepts of this paper.The second part elaborates the theory of economic externalities,industrial clusters and industrial cluster competitiveness,and provides a theoretical basis for studying the competitiveness of Sichuan's electronic information industry clusters.In the third part,the location information theory is used to identify Sichuan electronic information industry clusters,and the current situation of Sichuan electronic information industry clusters is analyzed.In the fourth part,the AHP-GEMN model is constructed to determine the main factors affecting the competitiveness of the Sichuan electronic information industry cluster.In the fifth part,from the perspective of empirical analysis,the competitiveness of Sichuan electronic information industry clusters is evaluated from four aspects:basic,enterprise,market and innovation network.In the sixth part,from the perspective of foundation,enterprise,market and innovation network,the optimization plan of Sichuan electronic information industry cluster competitiveness is proposed.The main innovations of this paper are reflected in:In the past,the electronic information industry cluster evaluation model GEM did not regard the innovation network as the main factor.This paper adds the innovation network element,namely the GENM model,to the competitiveness evaluation of Sichuan electronic information industry cluster.Make the entire evaluation system better system and comprehensive.
