With the reform and opening up,people living standard rises ceaselessly,and eating out is surging.The workload of the catering industry and the amount of information to be processed are growing with each passing day.The traditional service model based on “paper” has been unable to handle such a large amount of daily data exchanges,so the electronic ordering system has emerged at the historic moment in the domestic catering market.The electronic ordering system can not only reduce the operating cost and improves the service quality,but also improves the enterprise management efficiency and operational benefits.Since its inception,it quickly swept through the large and medium-sized chain catering enterprises.Then,with the improvement of hardware and software technology,as well as the birth of electronic payment,fast application and applet,"scan the QR code to order food" has also been rapidly popularized in the small and medium-sized catering enterprises.During this period,the ordering system was constantly upgraded and modified.The most of the emphasis was on the optimization of data processing and management performance,while it still takes a long time for professionals to process the photos of dishes,and the dishes image displayed by order application on the mobile terminal is always a two-dimensional image.At the same time,with the maturation of 3D modeling technology and the improvement of the performance of mobile terminal devices,more and more mobile terminal applications start to introduce 3D image display technology.The main work of this paper is the design and implementation of 3D ordering system,including the overall design of 3D ordering system,the design and implementation of dish image processing platform and 3D ordering software on mobile terminal.The first part is the overall design of the system.This paper analyzes the system requirements,draws the system structure diagram,image data processing flowchart and system function module design of the 3D order system,and briefly designs the concept and logic of the database.The second part is the design and implementation of the dishes image processing platform.In the paper,the dishes image processing platform is built for the ordering system.More professional and specific image processing algorithm will be used to process the images,aiming toprovide higher-quality image information for the subsequent two-dimensional image display at the mobile terminal and texture mapping of three-dimensional dishes models.This paper uses the MATLAB GUI image processing tool to develop the platform.On the basis of the existing image processing function in the MATLAB image processing toolbox,it also adds the latest research results of image processing algorithm related to lighting factors in recent years to obtain better effect of image processing.The dishes image processed by the platform can not only attract customers' attention and stimulate their appetite,but also not too distorted compared with the original dishes.Meanwhile,the texture mapping or rendering of the dishes models will be better with high-quality images.Finally,it is the design and implementation of 3D ordering software for mobile terminal.In the design part,we will introduce the design of interface,3D modeling and 3D view display,and order module.In the realization part,it introduces the construction of the development environment,and the realization of the interface and function of the design part,including the realization of the software interface,functions,view and order module.This paper uses Unity3 D,which has the feature of cross-platform,as the development platform of mobile software,C# object-oriented software development language,Visual Studio as the object-oriented language development environment,using.Net framework as the development framework,and briefly illustrates how to package Unity project into an Android installation package.This paper implements the ordering system based on tree dimension display,customers can be more clear,intuitive and comprehensive observing the food information.The paper starts from two parts of mobile terminal application and image processing platform,making the operation process of dishes image processing platform more concise,image processing methods are more suitable for catering images.And 3D ordering software on mobile terminal can show dishes in a more novel way,with higher quality of two-dimensional images and better rendering effect of 3D models.
