Research On The Optimization Of Tibet Public Library Service Construction

With the improvement of material level,the people pay more and more attention to the spiritual and cultural needs.As a necessary part of the public cultural service system,the development of Public Library Services undertakes the tasks of social education,cultural exchange,information transmission,leisure and entertainment in a certain region.At the present stage,public libraries are no longer only playing the role of collecting documents,but also shouldering the dissemination of knowledge and culture,attracting more people to participate in the national reading,so that more readers can enter the library and enjoy library services.Strengthening the construction of public library services and promoting the development of library undertakings are the responsibilities that public libraries should shoulder,so that every citizen can enjoy better cultural services,so that public libraries play an important role in guaranteeing citizens' rights and interests in public cultural services.In this context,the Tibet Autonomous Region has also actively joined the wave of promoting the construction of public cultural service system.In recent years,with the slogan of "reading for all" put forward in the whole region,public libraries around Tibet have become "reading bases for all",providing convenient reading places for readers.Lhasa's "Shuxiang Lhasa" activities also stimulate people's enthusiasm for reading.Under the circumstances of the high reading enthusiasm of the whole people in Tibet,public libraries are of great significance in the construction of services and in ensuring that the broad masses of the people can enjoy the services provided by public libraries comfortably and equally.This paper will start with the analysis of the service construction of Public Libraries in Tibet,elaborate on the readers' demand for service and the problems in the process of construction at this stage of development,and put forward corresponding solutions to the problems.It is of great practical significance for the development of the cultural service system in Tibet,the promotion of the cultural literacy of the people of the whole region,the inheritance of scientific and meaningful cultural knowledge,the improvement of the people's spiritual culture,living standards,the improvement of cultural quality,the maintenance of social stability and prosperity,and the promotion of long-term stability and stability of Tibet's economic and social development.This paper takes the library of Tibet Autonomous Region as the research object,mainly uses the questionnaire method to analyze the development status of public library services in Tibet,uses the KANO model to analyze the key and sub-key issues,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to provide constructive suggestions for public library services in Tibet.The specific contents are as follows:Part 1: Introduction.This paper mainly introduces the background,purpose,significance,research methods and the innovation and shortcomings of the article.It also points out the importance of Public Library Service Construction in Tibet and the innovation of the article research.Part 2: This paper defines the concepts of public libraries,public library services and other related concepts,analyses the frontier theory of current research and application in public libraries,and puts forward the particularity of Tibetan public library services.Part 3: This paper uses qualitative method to analyze the history and development status of Public Libraries in Tibet Autonomous Region,and collects data to analyze the current service construction.Part 4: From the perspective of reader needs,taking the library of Tibet Autonomous Region as an example,using KANO model,design questionnaires to analyze readers' satisfaction and demand for public library services.Part 5: According to the results of the analysis,some suggestions are provided for the optimization of Tibetan public library services.
