Under the globalization of economic and knowledge,the limitations of traditional centralized innovation have become increasingly prominent.Distributed innovation has become an important way for large multinational enterprises in China to integrate global innovation resources and master key core technologies to enhance their competitiveness.Compared with developed countries,China's practice and theory of distributed innovation appear relatively late,and its impact on performance is not clear enough.Based on this,this paper carries out the following research.Based on the three dimensions of distributed innovation,this paper focuses on the issue of how case enterprises develop distributed innovation and how distributed innovation affects enterprise performance,and explores “distributed innovation—the dynamic ability of technological innovation—enterprise The impact mechanism of performance and the mediating role of technological innovation dynamic capabilities are elaborated.The research finds that distributed structure,distributed collaboration and distributed cognition have different effects on the dynamic capabilities of technological innovation,but there will be crossover phenomenon.The distributed innovation activities carried out by case enterprises will have more comprehensive dynamics of technological innovation.The role of technological opportunity identification,innovation resource integration and organizational change capability can help enterprises effectively cope with complex and changing external environment,improve the commercialization of technology and knowledge,and promote the performance of enterprises.effect.This paper enriches the related research of distributed innovation to a certain extent,and provides experience and reference for large enterprises,especially multinational enterprises,to carry out distributed innovation,occupy the leading position of technology and improve the core competitiveness.
