| Airbnb company is an O2O model of e-commerce enterprises,which can match people with accommodation needs and homeowners with vacant houses for rent to improve the utilization efficiency of resources.This increases the efficiency with which resources are used.With the help of Shared economy,Airbnb has obtained a large number of houses in product supply which are not owned by Airbnb.This approach reduces the cost of the company and allows it to grow rapidly.Since its establishment in 2008,the company has developed rapidly and entered the 425 th place among the world’s top 500 brands in 2018.The company is characterized by sharing economy,diversified housing resources and high credit requirements.At present,Airbnb is directly using its business model in Guizhou,both globally and in developed provinces and cities in China.Through PEST macro environment analysis,questionnaire survey analysis,comparative analysis,SWOT analysis and other means,it is found that Airbnb company has a good political and economic environment in Guizhou.People are used to booking accommodation with computers and mobile phones,and make online payment through WeChat and alipay.However,as Guizhou is an underdeveloped inland province in southwest China,people are not familiar with Airbnb company,and have poor acceptance of home stay.It is difficult to accept the economic model of Shared housing.Problems such as low efficiency and lack of promotion and publicity are prominent.In addition,the supply of hotel facilities in China is different from that in foreign countries.As a result,the reservation of Airbnb software is relatively tedious,the cancellation cost is high,and the local residents are not familiar with the application,the house supply of Airbnb in Guizhou is insufficient,there is a lack of characteristic houses,and there are fewer tenants.The penetration effect from the provincial capital Guiyang to other city is poor.In the author’s opinion,the company needs to optimize its business model according to the actual situation in Guizhou and other underdeveloped areas.To re-establish core resources,and adjust its profit point,cost control,market boundary,customer relationship and other model elements. |
