As a representative of the world's largest shared accommodation platform,Airbnb has rapidly developed in 191 countries and regions around the world with its unique business model,and provides new solutions for global economic development with the concept of sustainable development.Airbnb entered the Chinese market in 2015 and developed from not adjusted to the local market till a typical representative of shared accommodation in China,which also presented a reasonable match between the international sharing economy and the Chinese market.Based on it,this article takes Airbnb,a global shared accommodation giant,as the research object,and analyzes its business model in the Chinese market,as well as how to integrate the international "sharing" concept with the Chinese accommodation market.This article studies the market environment for Airbnb development in China,and uses the BMf S(Business Models for Sustainable)business model framework of Boons(2013)and Osterwalder(2010)business model canvas to analyze the elements of Airbnb's business model in China.The analysis concludes that Airbnb in China have competitive advantages such as using data resources to empower user experience,having a multi-party cooperative network,and using the host community to increase customer stickiness.At the same time,this article also finds that Airbnb's business model in China also have some problems like not fully complying with domestic users' habits,technical problems updating,and insufficient attention to tenants in the context of the landlord community.At the end of this article demonstrates some relevant suggestions for the development of Airbnb and China's shared accommodation market,which may do some help to China's shared accommodation market.
