With the rapid development of visible light communication,its relationship with the Internet of Things is becoming more and more close.It requires our lighting devices not only to undertake the task of lighting,but also to combine with visible light communication to complete the task of information transmission,so that lots of our lighting devices can be effectively connected to form a multifunctional optical interconnection communication system.The test system involved in this work consists three parts.The first part is the transmitting system of modulated signal,and the second part is the information interaction between our source and the multiple quantum wells diodes in both transmitting and receiving states.The third part is the amplification and detection of optical signals.These three parts constitute our duplex detection system for MQW diodes.Multiple quantum well diodes(MQW diodes)can be used as both light emitting diodes and photo-diodes.Under suitable bias conditions,this device can simultaneously perform the dual tasks of light emitting and information processing.In this experiment,we first designed and fabricated a multiple quantum well diode suitable for our duplex detection experiment.In the process of fabrication,a ring-shaped multiple quantum well diode with geometrical structure was fabricated on a 1.64 mm diameter suspension membrane through a combination of silicon separation and IIInitride back thinning technology.The inner region of the ring with a diameter of 1.47 mm was used to enhance the overall light.Probe.When MQW diodes operate simultaneously in both transmit and detect modes,we use a three-stage amplifier circuit with a signal gain of 27.8 DB to recover the received signal,and successfully realize the real-time audio transmission experiment.The research work of visible duplex detection in this project has laid a foundation for realizing duplex information exchange of real single-pair devices.It also provides practical experience and approach for manufacturing multiple quantum well diode devices for the Internet of Things.
