With the visible light communication technology in the field of research continue to make breakthrough progressat home and abroad,visible light communication technology has got more and more attention from the community and people.At the same time relying on the development of semiconductor materials technology and innovation and new light-emitting diode technology continues to improve,visible light communication technology ushered in an unprecedented opportunity for development.Visible light communication technology has the advantages of fast transmission speed,good confidentiality,green environmental protection and non-occupation of frequency band resources.In addition,in the near-distance transmission,the limitation of its distance transmission will be greatly reduced.This paper will also introduce a system that utilizes micrometer-class new semiconductor light-emitting diodes for full-duplex communication.In traditional RF communications,simultaneous full-duplex communication(CCFD)is always a challenge due to its own serious transmission interference.For visible light communication,the two light-emitting diodes can constitute a half-duplex communication transmission system,but cannot constitute a full-duplex comm-unication system.In this paper,an on-chip full-duplex communication system using a pair of micrometer InGaN / GaN multiple quantum well diodes is introduced to detect and emit optical signals at the same time.For the system,the main work of the paper is as follows:(1)This paper will be simultaneously with the frequency of duplex and visible light communication technology,introduced the current development of these two technologies at home and abroad.In this paper,the shortcomings and gaps of the existing technology are improved and innovated,and use the excellent characteristics of the new semiconductor materials built a micron-level system-on-chip.And then combined with high-speed,safe,line-of-sight transmission characteristics of visible light communication,CCFD technology has opened up a new path.(2)The characteristics of visible light communication light source are analyzed,and the principle of light emitting diode is introduced.The response of traditional light-emitting diodes and multi-quantum well diodes is analyzed and compared under specific conditions.At the same time,the working principle of photoelectric detector is introduced and classified,and the performance indexes of different photodetector are also compared.(3)This paper introduces the modules of the same frequency and full duplex system,analyzes each module in detail,gives clear hardware equipment and various parameters,and also explains the corresponding division of labor and function of each module.At the same time,the characteristics and process of multi-quantum well diodes are introduced in detail.(4)Provide a complete system design basis and algorithm,and for the parameters of the circuit one by one to prove that it can be full-duplex communication feasibility.Give multiple sets of data to compare,optimize the parameters of the circuit to improve the effectiveness of the entire system and stability.
