Young people are the mainstay of social progress,the driving force behind the building of a new type of international relations,and the dreamer and dream-interpreter in the process of building a community of Shared future f'or mankind.In the new era,cultural and museum-based personnel should comprehensively promote the youth training program from the perspective of sustainable development of the museum industry,so as to realize the two centenary goals,realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and realize the sustainable inheritance of the excellent Chinese culture.At the same time,young people have completely different cognitive needs and behavioral characteristics from other age groups.In this context,in order to improve the ability of the museum to serve the young audience,it is necessary to carry out the survey on the young audience.In this paper,the young audience of Shaanxi history museum is taken as the research object,and data collection is conducted through online and offline methods such as questionnaire survey,tracking observation and public comment.The comprehensive conclusion of this survey can be obtained by integrating the different data obtained from the three survey methods--namely,the demographic,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the young audience in Shaanxi history museum.At the same time,Suggestions and opinions on how to improve the service ability of the museum for the young audience are given.The first chapter is a questionnaire survey with young audience as samples.The content of the questionnaire involves the demographic,behavioral and psychological characteristics of the young audience.Mainly including the age distribution of young people,sex distribution,professional distribution,level of education,source distribution,visit the museum of time,the purpose of the visit,the popularity,the channels of access to information,visiting rate,visit the impression,visit way,satisfaction,shopping,service facilities,to interact with the museum.The second chapter is mainly about the data of the tracking method with the young audience as the research subject.Including general behavior and visiting behavior characteristics.It includes the characteristics of orientation judgment,stopping behavior,interactive behavior,photographing behavior,interactive behavior,listening behavior,praising behavior and criticizing behavior.The third chapter focuses on the data of the platform with young audiences as the research subject.Including audience age distribution,gender distribution,source distribution,visiting time,visiting t,imes,visiting motivation,visiting interest,visiting impression,visiting method,criticism or praise,satisfaction,visiting rate,etc.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the survey data for the young audience.The purpose of this chapter is to analyze the data samples obtained by dif-ferent survey methods.To make up for the lack of data obtained by different survey methods and summarize the demographic,behavioral and psychological characteristics of young audiences in a comprehensive and systematic way.Firstly,the demographic characteristics:the gender structure of the pavilion audience is mainly female;The professional structure of audience is dominated by students.The audience is highly educated;Where the audience live is mainly outside the province.Secondly,in the behavioral characteristics:in the way of buying tickets,the audience mainly by id card to get free tickets;In the process of visiting,the audience is prone to the phenomenon of "museum fatigue";In terms of visiting methods.,audiences are more enthusiastic about renting voice interpreters for visiting.The visiting time of the audience is relatively long;Attractive and sustainable exhibits;Less audience taking photos;The criticism mainly focuses on the hardware facilities and cultural popularization.The characteristics of audience psychology are as follows:high audience satisfaction;Visitors are mainly motivated by tourism and entertainment.The interest of the audience is wide,but the most concentrated expression is the interest in pottery.The fifth chapter is the Suggestions for attracting young audiences of shaanxi history museum.Based on the comprehensive analysis of data,this chapter gives the answer to the topic of this paper:namely,how should the museum attract young audiences and meet the needs of young audiences.First of all,the pavilion should provide fast and independent services for the young audience.Secondly,the museum should provide humanized design for the young audience.Third,open a diverse interactive space for young audiences;Fourth,it provides cultural themes to meet the consumption needs of young audiences.
