Research And Analysis Of The Student Status Management System Of Guangzhou Tai'an Middle School

Campus e-school management system is the inevitable trend of development of information technology and the sign of the modern management school and digitization of campus.Campus electronic enrollment system will enable the integration of different departments' various business management systems effectively,which run relatively independent before integration.In this way,the Campus electronic enrollment system reduces duplication and waste of resources and achieves the reorganization of business process.This system will effectively facilitate the process of digital campus construction.This paper first introduces the research background of the electronic enrollment management system,giving an outline of issues needed to be addressed and then discusses the significance and importance of the project which has described the system development methodologies and related technologies.This paper proposes the system design goals,carries out a detailed requirement analysis,including business requirements,functional requirements,data requirements and non-functional requirements.Business process diagrams of the system,instance diagrams and the concept of class diagrams have been given in this paper to illustrate the case;During the design of the system,the overall design for the system and module design,including the student status information management,enroll new students and enrollment management,student transfer management,other particular changes management,graduation and upgrade management,system management,and other functional modules,are demonstrated.Furthermore the functional block diagram(package diagram),class diagram,sequence diagram and process flow diagram to elaborate the specific process of the design.In addition the interface design has been displayed,and the database is implemented by using the entity class diagrams and database table's structure.Finally,the main work of the study are concluded to elaborate the main job involved in this paper and point out the deficiencies existed in this paper,and the future work is prospected.
