Research On Ethical Anomie And Countermeasures In Public Events On Weibo

General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly expounded the correct concept of network security,pointing out that social media such as Weibo and wechat spread quickly,have great influence,cover a wide area and have strong social mobilization ability Only by adhering to the overall,dynamic,open,relative and common concept,can we internalize the correct concept of network security into our own practical actions,and realize the long-term peace and stability of China's cyber world.In the new era,how to ensure the order of network information dissemination and maintain national security and social stability has become a prominent issue in front of people.In particular,the rapid development of social media has enabled Weibo to play an important role in the construction of the public sphere.Recent incidents such as the "exorbitant price of shrimp in Qingdao",the "killing case of mother insulted" and the "Jiang Ge case" show that Certain public events can create a sensation in a very short period of time.On the one hand,Internet users can quickly understand the truth of public events,and then play a role in promoting the process of events;on the other hand,the phenomenon of ethical anomie in public events on Weibo is also growing.The "pursuit of justice" can not be used as an excuse for cyber-violence,nor should the "human flesh search for justice" be praised.These ethical lapses not only undermine the ethics of the micro-blogging world,and they're trampling on the bottom line.By using the methods of Literature Research,questionnaire survey and case study,this paper sorts out and studies the related researches on the public events of micro-blog and its communication mode and communication ethics of micro-blog,it is found that there is little research on the combination of public events and communication ethics.Through a questionnaire survey on the "suicide of a family of three in Beijing",this paper analyzes the problem of ethical anomie reflected in the cognition,attitude and behavior of Internet users,and analyzes the problem and influence of Ethical Anomie in the public events of micro-blog This paper probes into the causes of Ethic Anomie in public events of micro-blog,and finally puts forward some countermeasures for standardizing the issue of Ethic Anomie in public events of micro-blog.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:The first part,the introduction part,analyzes the background and significance of the research paper,sorts out and summarizes the current domestic and foreign scholars' relevant research on Weibo public events and its communication mode,as well as the communication ethics of Weibo At the same time,this paper introduces the research methods and research innovation.The second part is the definition of the ethical anomie in the public events of micro-blog and its communication.What needs to be explained is that this study uses micro-blog as a new media social platform to analyze the ethical anomie in public events The public events studied are of course the events in network and network communication.This paper holds that Weibo public events are caused by certain unexpected events in the real society,and many netizens participate together around specific goals,mainly using social media such as Weibo as a platform for activities The public opinion disturbance caused by the discussion not only has an effect on the people concerned,but also has an important effect on the whole society.And the ethical anomie of micro-blog communication refers to: In the process of using micro-blog to communicate,the traditional ethical norms have lost their value in the micro-blog world,while the new ethical norms have not yet formed or matured,and the netizens have lost the guidance of values This leads to the disorder of the micro-blog world,including language violence,false information,invasion of privacy and so on.The third part analyzes the problem and influence of the ethics anomie in the public event of micro-blog,taking the suicide of a family of three in Beijing as an example,carries on the questionnaire investigation and the data analysis.It is found that the language violence in the public events of micro-blog will hurt the psychology of the party concerned,the spread of rumors will create false real context,and the invasion of privacy will cause the moral distortion and social credit crisis of the Netizens The consumption revelry to the disadvantaged group will disturb the social mainstream values.The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of the ethical Anomie in the public events of micro-blog,from the aspects of individual behavior,network communication and Social Environment The following reasons are found: the lack of "gatekeepers" on micro-blog platform leads to the spread of rumors;Internet Mowgli effect leads to Netizens' ignorance of morality;The network virtual space leads to the weakening of the moral sense of the main body,the convergence psychology caused by the group pressure,the emotional Catharsis under the pressure of work and life,and the lack of laws and regulations and the network ethic norms,which leads to the deficiency of the external restraint of the Netizens In the period of social transformation,the contradiction and conflict increase,which leads to the unbalance of the whole social structure.The fifth part is the countermeasure research of standardizing the ethical issue of public events on micro-blog.This article thinks that netizens should make clear the bottom line andthe sense of responsibility of the ethical morality,build up the consensus of network ethics,and strengthen the sense of self-restraint Strengthen the self-discipline in the network interpersonal communication,strengthen their own media literacy education.The micro-blog platform should establish the definition standard of ethical misconduct,strengthen the examination and supervision of the content,prompt the ethical and moral risk of the netizen by the technical design,and punish the ethical misconduct of the netizen.The government should constantly improve the network governance laws and regulations so that the supervision can be followed by rules;construct the ethical norms in the public events of micro-blog;and strengthen the law enforcement of micro-blog governance.Only the cooperation of Netizens,micro-blog platform and the government can create a healthy and clear network communication environment and spread the correct network security concept.
