With the deepening of economic integration and market globalization,manufacturing enterprises are facing more and more severe challenges.The traditional production management mode often leads to the embarrassing situation that orders can not be delivered on time because of the unreasonable scheduling.In order to meet the customization needs of customers and improve the competitiveness of enterprises,it is of great real significance to introduce advanced information technology to manage the order scheduling of an enterprise.A manufacturing enterprise of the structural parts on engineering vehicles is a typical small and medium-sized discrete manufacturing enterprise,which is different from the production mode of vehicle assembly according to order.It adopts the Make-To-Order(MTO)type of manufacturing.At present,there are few studies on the batch production planning and scheduling optimization of engineering vehicle structural parts.According to the production characteristics of engineering vehicle structural parts in MTO enterprise,this paper studies and develops the production planning and scheduling system of engineering vehicle structural parts.Firstly,this paper introduces the use and manufacturing technology of steel structure in this enterprise and analyzes the characteristics of the orders in the MTO enterprise and the current situation of production planning,and the bottle neck problems have been summarized.According to the principle of order splitting based on product types,the schedule schemes of order scheduling are designed from three production stages of steel structure parts,and then an order priority evaluation method by combining comprehensive evaluation method with analytic hierarchy process is proposed.A scheduling model of parts processing stage is established based on the constraints of delivery date and production capacity.Then,this paper uses the genetic algorithm to solve the scheduling model.The result shows that the genetic algorithm can effectively solve the scheduling model,minimize the order production cost and the Max completion time.Finally,actual demands of the system are analyzed and the static and dynamic models of the order production planning and scheduling system are established by using UML language.These models have described the system participants,functions and activity processes from a variety of views.By using Java EE,Oracle and other computer technology,a planning and scheduling system for steel structure parts orders has been constructed,which effectively improves the level of enterprise information production management,and provides a good basis for the further development of the enterprise.The production planning and dispatching system of vehicle structural parts designed in this paper is based on the actual needs of the MTO enterprise,and on the basis of vehicle structural parts orders and production data.The feedbacks from the MTO employees are active after several trial operation,which can bring great convenience to the production management of enterprise structural parts orders.
