With the steady development of the new energy automobile industry in recent years and the continuous enhancement of the strength of domestic independent brand vehicles,China's automobile consumption market is still prosperous and stable,which has promoted the vigorous development of the vehicle logistics industry.Due to the fierce competition in the automotive industry market,major auto manufacturers will have to strengthen supply chain management and reduce logistics costs in order to strengthen their core competitiveness.In this case,third-party vehicle logistics has become the preferred logistics method for all car companies.How to make rational use of limited transportation resources and reduce logistics costs,so as to obtain the maximum benefit is an important way for vehicle logistics enterprises to improve their market competitiveness.Therefore,this paper studies the third-party vehicle scheduling optimization problem and its solving method under multi-parameter constraints.Firstly,the research status of vehicle scheduling optimization problems at home and abroad is reviewed,and the problem definition,research object,optimization goal and basic principle of vehicle delivery scheduling optimization problem are determined.The various algorithms for solving vehicle scheduling optimization problems are analyzed.The concepts and principles of precise algorithms,heuristic algorithms and commonly used intelligent optimization algorithms are expounded.Secondly,on the basis of the traditional vehicle routing optimization problem,aiming at minimizing transportation costs and minimizing the number of transport vehicles,the HVRPMD mathematical model of the multiple-depot,various type of transport vehicles and finished vehicles are established,which considers the influence of distribution distance and the number of transport vehicles on distribution cost.At the same time,based on the basic genetic algorithm,a hybrid genetic algorithm for solving such problems is designed.The hybrid strategy is described and the specific flow of the algorithm is given.Finally,the optimization algorithm of the hybrid algorithm and basic genetic algorithm proposed in this paper is implemented by an example.Through comparison experiments,and the superiority of the algorithm is demonstrated.The feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are verified.Then the algorithm is applied to the vehicle delivery scheduling system to solve the practical problems.
