In the well drilling work,due to the inability to achieve the synchronization and coordination of the vehicle requirements of various enterprises,the vehicle utilization rate is low.In order to maximize the vehicle utilization rate,the method of working block modeling is adopted in this paper.The workload of each vehicle is balanced as much as possible when schedule is done.Then the time,vehicles number and vehicles type required for different tasks are met.Finally,a vehicle scheduling model suitable for different drilling production teams is established.At last,optimal vehicle scheduling plan for well work is obtained.The system is used in a well drilling company to verify the rationality and superiority of the vehicle scheduling model established in this paper.There are two algorithms commonly used in vehicle scheduling: genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm.Both algorithms have the problem of complex encoding and decoding processes.In the process of vehicle scheduling,the two-dimensional matrix is used to represent the production possibility space when solving the problem,which well avoids the complicated process of coding and decoding of most intelligent optimization algorithms and the problem of parameter selection.The algorithm proposed in this paper classifies tasks according to the scheduled production status of vehicles in well-drilling enterprises,and establishes an objective function under the constraints of time and tasks.Divide all tasks into four categories,fill the two-dimensional matrix of the entire production possibility space in a random distribution,and then give each task a movement component in the X direction and a movement component in the Y direction;making different tasks possible in production Randomly move in the two-dimensional matrix of the sex space,resulting in n different work blocks.Use the evaluation function to evaluate different solutions and select the optimal solution.Finally,taking the vehicle scheduling of a drilling company’s production cycle as an example,the proposed scheduling method was verified by an example,and a drilling vehicle scheduling system was implemented.The system has established a production management operation system centered on the command center.After the system generates intelligent scheduling results based on work tasks,the command center realizes real-time supervision of the construction site through video surveillance and GIS.The system performs statistical analysis on a large amount of data formed in the production and operation process,and can see vehicle work statistics,including vehicle working hours and fuel costs,etc.;it can also perform statistics on various teams,including labor settlement prices and material costs,and view each The effectiveness of the team provides a basis for operation and management.Various operational results such as vehicle utilization rate,fuel consumption analysis,and labor settlement show that this system enables companies to reduce operating costs,improve production efficiency and the ability to quickly respond to the market.
